4. Orders & Acceptance

5. Payment Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on orders placed through our website.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to select pin codes within India. Availability will be shown at the time of checkout.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. These may vary based on order value, weight and delivery location.

Our usual delivery time is 6 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take longer.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, holidays, strikes, natural calamities, etc.). In such cases, Rajasthan Healthy Food will not be liable for any consequential loss or claim.

Once the order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp, subject to courier service integration.
7. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.

In case of incorrect address, wrong pin code, unreachable phone number or refusal to accept the parcel, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, we may:

Deduct shipping & handling charges and refund the balance (if product is resellable), or

Offer re-shipment at additional shipping cost, depending on product condition and shelf life.

Perishable food products cannot always be re-shipped if returned, so please ensure correct delivery details.
8. Cancellations
a) Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID using our contact details.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will initiate a refund as per our refund process.
b) Order Cancellation by Rajasthan Healthy Food
We may cancel an order, fully or partially, due to:

Non-availability of the product

Payment issues or suspected fraud

Incorrect pricing or technical error

Operational constraints or unforeseen issues
In such cases, a full or partial refund (as applicable) will be initiated.
9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Food Products)
As we deal in food items, our return and refund policy is limited and designed to ensure safety and hygiene.

We do not accept returns for opened, used or partially consumed products.

A request for replacement or refund will be considered only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

The product is physically damaged, leaked or tampered at the time of delivery

To raise a complaint, you must contact us within a reasonable time of delivery (for example, 48 hours) with:

10. Shelf Life, Storage & Usage

Each product has a specific best before date and recommended storage conditions printed on the pack.

It is the customer’s responsibility to store the products as per the instructions (cool, dry place, away from sunlight, sealed tightly, etc.).

We will not be responsible for product quality issues arising due to:

Improper storage or handling

Usage beyond the recommended “best before” date

Contamination due to wet/unclean spoons (especially for pickles)
