Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details and invoice.

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status in real time.

1.2 Shipping Partners

  • We ship through trusted and verified courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Rajasthan: 2–4 business days

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery charge of ₹49 will apply.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may attract a small handling fee of ₹30.

1.5 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order directly through our website’s “Track My Order” section or via the courier partner’s portal.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

As our products are food items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Hence, returns are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

2.1 Eligible for Replacement/Return

You may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is expired or defective upon arrival.

2.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, partially used, or consumed products.

  • Change of mind, taste preference, or delayed delivery.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

2.3 Return Process

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Once verified, our team will initiate a replacement or refund within 3–5 working days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

2.4 Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after approval.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your replacement is dispatched.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
