Ingredients

–  Water

–  Salt

–  Lemon slices

–  Fresh Thyme

–  4 0z Salmon Fillet

–  2 leaves romaine lettuce

–  1 medium tomato

–  ½ medium cucumber

–  ¼ medium yellow bell pepper

–  1 tbsp fresh parsley

–  Salt and Black Pepper

–  2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. Place lemon slices on top of the fillet.

3. Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.

4. In the meantime, prepare the salad: chop romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl.
