Ingredients

–  1 0z chickpeas

–  2 tbsp onion

–  2 tbsp cucumber

–  1 tbsp green olives

–  4 cherry tomatoes

–  Salt and Black Pepper

–  1 tbsp white vinegar

–  1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

–  1 whole wheat tortilla

–  2 romaine lettuce

Instructions:

1.  In a bowl, mix chickpeas, chopped onion, cucumber, green olives, cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, white vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil.

2. Take a whole wheat tortilla and lay romaine lettuce leaves on it.
