Ingredients

–  2 slices whole wheat bread

–  2 tbsp cottage cheese

–  1 hard boiled egg

–  ¼ avocado

–  2 grape tomatoes

2. Spread 1 tbsp of cottage cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
