Ingredients

–  3 0z Broccoli

–  Salt

–  1.5 0z whole wheat penne pasta

–  1 Garlic

–  5 grape tomatoes

–  Save 2 tbsp pasta water

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  3 0z ground chicken

–  Salt and Black Pepper

–  ½ tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, reserving 2 tbsp of pasta water before draining.

2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and cook ground chicken until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the pan with the chicken. Cook until broccoli is tender.

4. Add grape tomatoes and cooked penne pasta to the pan. Stir well to combine.

5. Pour in the reserved pasta water and let it simmer for a few minutes.

6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
