Ingredients

–  1 tbsp canned white beans

–  1 tbsp red onion

–  1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

–  1 tbsp lemon juice

–  Salt and Black pepper

–  2 slices whole wheat toasted bread

–  1 leaf lettuce

–  ¼ Avocado

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mash the white beans with a fork.

2. Add the red onion, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed white beans and mix well.

3. Spread the white bean mixture on one slice of the whole wheat toasted bread.

4. Top it with a leaf of lettuce and slices of avocado.
