Ingredients
– Salt
– 3 0z green beans
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 garlic
– ¼ medium yellow onion
– 2 medium carrot, juicenned
– 2 tbsp water
– 3 0z broccoli
– ¼ cup peas
– 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. dd minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add julienned carrots, green beans, broccoli florets, and peas to the pan, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, water, salt, and black pepper.

5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
