Ingredients
– Salt
– 3 0z green beans
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 garlic
– ¼ medium yellow onion
– 2 medium carrot, julienned
– 2 tbsp water
– 3 0z broccoli
– ¼ cup peas
– 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.

2. Add the green beans, carrots, broccoli, and peas to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, water, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the veggies in the skillet.
4. Stir well, making sure all the veggies are coated in the sauce. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
