Vegetables And Pasta stir fry recipe
Vegetables and pasta stir fry is a delicious and nutritious meal that is easy to prepare. Ingredients
– 4 0z Chicken Breast
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and Black Pepper
– 1 Garlic
– ½ medium carrot
– ¼ medium red bell pepper
– 2 0z broccoli florets
– 2 tbsp water
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 egg white
– 4 0z whole wheat spaghetti cooked
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Start by seasoning the chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until done. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add minced garlic, finely chopped carrot, red bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

3. Add water, soy sauce, and egg white to the pan. Mix everything well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.

5. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and stir fry for another minute.
6. Finish off by squeezing lemon juice over the stir fry and give it a final toss before serving.
