Vegetable salad with salmon recipe
This vegetable salad with salmon recipe offers a delicious and nutritious meal that is packed with health benefits. Ingredients
– Water
– Lemon slices
– 4 0z salmon fillet
– 2 leaves romaine lettuce
– 1 medium tomato
– ½ medium cucumber
– ¼ medium yellow bell pepper
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley
– Salt and Black Pepper
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add lemon slices and salmon fillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Remove from water and let cool.
2. In a large bowl, tear romaine lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Dice tomato, cucumber, and yellow bell pepper. Add to the bowl.

3. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the bowl along with freshly chopped parsley.
4. Season with salt and black pepper, and drizzle lemon juice over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
