–  1 medium carrot

–  1 medium zucchini

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  Salt and Black Pepper

–  ¼ medium yellow onion

–  4 0z Turkey

–  ¼ tbsp dried oregano

–  3 0z tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Spiralize the carrot and zucchini to make your noodles.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
