Turkey taco lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 garlic clove
– 4 0z ground turkey
– 1 tbsp tomato sauce
– ⅛ tbsp paprika
– ⅛ tbsp ground cumin
– Salt and Black Pepper
– 2 Romaine lettuce leaves
– 2 tbsp tomatoes
– 2 tbsp red onion
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
4. Stir in tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

5. Wash and dry Romaine lettuce leaves, then spoon the turkey mixture onto each leaf.
6. Top with diced tomatoes and red onion.
7. Serve and enjoy!
