Ingredients

–  1 medium red bell pepper

–  A pinch of Salt

–  2 0z whole wheat penne pasta

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  4 0z ground turkey

–  ⅛ tbsp italian seasoning

–  ⅛ tbsp paprika

–  Salt and Black pepper

–  ½ cup tomato Sauce

–  ½ tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook whole wheat penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced red bell pepper and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until pepper is tender.
