Turkey Penne Pasta recipe

Ingredients
– 1 medium red bell pepper
– A pinch of Salt
– 2 0z whole wheat penne pasta
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 4 0z ground turkey
– ⅛ tbsp italian seasoning
– ⅛ tbsp paprika
– Salt and Black pepper
– ½ cup tomato Sauce
– ½ tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook whole wheat penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced red bell pepper and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until pepper is tender.

3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles with a wooden spoon.
4. Season turkey with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Add tomato sauce to the skillet and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

6. Add cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the turkey mixture.
7. Serve turkey penne pasta topped with grated parmesan cheese.
