Turkey Chilli recipe

Ingredients
– 1 garlic
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ¼ medium yellow onion
– ½ medium red bell pepper
– 4 0z ground turkey
– ¼ tbsp dried oregano
– ⅛ tbsp chilli powder
– Salt and Black Pepper
– 4 0z diced tomatoes
– ¼ cup red beans cooked
– ¼ cup sweet corn
Instructions:
1. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, diced onion, and diced bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft.

2. Add ground turkey to the saucepan and cook until browned.
3. Season with dried oregano, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked red beans, and sweet corn. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
