Ingredients

–  1 0z spinach

–  1 Garlic

–  ⅓ cup grated low fat mozzarella

–  1 tbsp cream cheese

–  4 0z canned tuna

–  ¼ tbsp sriracha

–  ¼ tbsp dried basil

–  1 corn or whole wheat tortilla

Instructions:

1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. In a bowl, mix together canned tuna, minced garlic, sriracha, and dried basil.

3. Place the tortilla on the hot pan and spread the cream cheese on one half of the tortilla.

4. Add the tuna mixture on top of the cream cheese, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella and spinach.
