Tuna Pasta salad recipe

Ingredients
– 4 0z whole wheat fusilli pasta cooked
– ¼ cup red bell pepper
– ¼ cup green onion
– 3 0z Tuna
– ¼ cup sweetcorn
– 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp fat free plain yoghourt
– Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, red bell pepper, green onion, tuna, and sweetcorn.

2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and plain yoghurt. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.

4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
