Ingredients
– 4 0z whole wheat fusilli pasta cooked
– ¼ cup red bell pepper
– ¼ cup green onion
– 3 0z Tuna
– ¼ cup sweetcorn
– 1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp fat free plain yogurt
– Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked whole wheat fusilli pasta, chopped red bell pepper, sliced green onion, drained tuna, and sweetcorn.

2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the low fat mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and fat free plain yogurt to create a creamy dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
