Tuna pasta bake recipe
This delicious Tuna Pasta Bake recipe is not only easy to make, but it is also a great way to incorporate healthy ingredients into your diet. Tuna is a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for brain health and overall well-being.

Ingredients
– Water
– Salt
– 1.5 0z Fusilli pasta
– ¼ medium white onion
– Clove of Garlic
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 medium carrot
– 4 0z chopped tomatoes
– 1 tbsp parsley
– ¼ tbsp dried oregano
– Salt and Black Pepper
– 3 0z Tuna
– 1 0z peas, cooked
– ½ medium tomato
– 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a separate pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add the carrot and cook until softened.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Stir in the tuna, cooked peas, and diced tomato. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the tuna mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious tuna pasta bake!
