Ingredients
– ½ medium cucumber
– ½ medium carrot
– 3 0z Tuna
– 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp siracha
– 1 whole wheat tortilla
Instructions:
1. Start by thinly slicing the cucumber and carrot into long strips.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, light mayonnaise, and siracha until well combined.

3. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
4. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Place the cucumber and carrot strips on top of the tuna mixture.

6. Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
