Ingredients

–  ½ cucumber

–  4 cherry tomatoes

–  ¼ cup corn

–  1 0z mozzarella cheese cubes

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  1 tbsp white vinegar

–  ⅛ tbsp black pepper

–  ⅛ tbsp salt

–  ⅛ tbsp garlic powder

–  ½ tbsp cilantro

Instructions:

1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

2. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes in halves.
