Red Pepper Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients
– ¼ medium red pepper
– 2 slices whole wheat toasted bread

Instructions:

5. Add the spinach leaves on top of the red pepper.

6. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the spinach leaves.
7. Place the second slice of toasted bread on top to complete the sandwich.
8. Cut the sandwich in half or quarters and serve.
