Ingredients

–  Salt

–  ¾ cup Quinoa, cooked

–  1 0z Avocado

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  ¼ tbsp dried oregano

–  1 tbsp dijon mustard

–  Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the cooked quinoa, diced avocado, olive oil, dried oregano, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

3. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
