Easy chicken fajitas
Easy chicken fajitas are a delicious and convenient meal option that can be made in just a few simple steps. Ingredients
– ¼ tbsp onion powder
– ¼ tbsp garlic powder
– ¼ tbsp chilli powder
– ¼ tbsp cumin powder
– Salt and Black Pepper
– ¼ medium yellow bell pepper
– ¼ medium red bell pepper
– ¼ medium green bell pepper
– ¼ medium red onion
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 5 0z Chicken Breast
– ½ tbsp Parsley
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 small whole wheat tortillas (warmed)
– 2 tbsp Sour cream
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.

2. Slice the bell peppers and red onion into thin strips.
3. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with the spice mixture from step 1.
4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Add the bell peppers and red onion to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice, and cook for another minute.
7. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture on warmed tortillas, topped with sour cream.
