Easy Baked Boccoli Tots

Ingredients
– 6 0z Broccoli Florets
– 2 tbsp yellow onion
– 1 0z Cheddar Cheese
– 1 Egg
– 1 tbsp Parsley
– ⅓ cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a food processor, pulse the broccoli florets and yellow onion until finely chopped.
3. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a mixing bowl and add in the cheddar cheese, egg, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
