Ingredients

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  Salt and Fresh Black Pepper

–  Dried Oregano

–  1 tbsp garlic

–  1 medium red bell pepper

–  4 0z spinach

–  1 0Z low fat cream cheese

–  1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Rub the cod fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
