Chocolate Pancake

Ingredients
– ½ cup almond flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 0z milk
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp coconut sugar
– ½ tbsp vanilla extract
– ½ tbsp baking soda
– A pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.

3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on the surface.
6. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until cooked through.

7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Serve the chocolate pancakes warm with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
