Ingredients
– 2 medium bananas
– 3 tbsp peanut butter
– 2 0z coconut sugar
– ¼ cup melted coconut oil
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup whole wheat flour
– ½ cup cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tbsp baking soda
– A pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add in the peanut butter, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.

5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and slicing.
