Ingredients

–  6 walnut halves

–  Salt

–  4 0z chicken breast

–  2 tbsp greek yogurt

–  1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

–  1 tbsp honey

–  ⅛ tbsp salt

–  ½ apple

–  ½ cup halved grapes

–  1 0z spinach

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and toast the walnut halves for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.

2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill or bake until fully cooked. Let it cool before shredding it into bite-sized pieces. 

3. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt to create the dressing. 

4. Dice the apple into small pieces and halve the grapes.
