Ingredients
– ¼ cup red onion
– ¼ cup red bell pepper
– ½ cup cucumber
– ⅓ cup canned chickpeas
– 4 0z tuna fish (drained)
– 2 tbsp black olives
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and black pepper
