Ingredients
– 4 0z chicken breast
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ¼ tbsp paprika
– ¼ tbsp cumin
– ¼ tbsp oregano
– Salt
– 2 0z spinach
– 3 0z chickpeas
– 6 grape tomatoes
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– ½ tbsp mustard
– Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions:

2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, chickpeas, and grape tomatoes.
