Ingredients
– 6 walnut halves
– Salt
– 4 0z chicken breast
– 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
– 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 tbsp honey
– ⅛ tbsp salt
– ½ apple
– ½ cup halved grapes
– 1 0z spinach
Instructions:
1. Start by roasting the walnut halves in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and cook on a grill or in a pan until cooked through. Let it cool before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt to make the dressing.
