Chickpea and tuna salad

Ingredients
– 2 leaves romaine lettuce
– ¼ medium yellow onion
– 6 grape tomatoes
– 4 0z tuna
– Salt and Black Pepper
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– 3 0z chickpeas
Instructions:
1. Chop the romaine lettuce into small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
2. Dice the yellow onion and grape tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

3. Drain the tuna and add it to the bowl.
4. Rinse and drain the chickpeas and add them to the bowl.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6. Drizzle the white vinegar over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
7. Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!
