Chicken With Zucchini

Ingredients
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 5 0z white potatoes
– 5 0z white zucchini
– 2 tbsp water
– 40z chicken breast
– ¼ tbsp Rosemary, chopped
– ¼ tbsp garlic powder
– ¼ tbsp dried oregano
– Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Cut the white potatoes and white zucchini into small cubes and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

3. Add 2 tbsp of water to the skillet to help steam the vegetables.
4. Season the chicken breast with rosemary, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

5. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the seasoned chicken breast. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
6. Serve the chicken and zucchini mixture on a plate and enjoy!
