Chicken With Veggetables

Ingredients

–  1 tbsp Olive oil 

–  1 garlic

–  4 0z chicken breast

–  2 medium carrots

–  2 tbsp water

–  3 0z broccoli

–  1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

–  1 tbsp honey

–  Black pepper

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 

2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. 

4. Add sliced carrots and water to the skillet, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Add broccoli florets, soy sauce, honey, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through. 

6. Serve hot and enjoy!
