Chicken Salad

Ingredients
– 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
– Boiled Chicken
– 7 cherry tomatoes
– ¼ medium cucumber
– ¼ medium yellow onion
– 1 tbsp parsley
– ½ tbsp tahini
– ½ tbsp water
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. Start by shredding the boiled chicken into small pieces.
2. Chop the romaine lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

3. Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and yellow onion into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the tahini, water, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.

5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
6. Serve the chicken salad chilled and enjoy!
