Chicken potato Noodles

Ingredients
– Salt
– 1 Bay leaf
– 4 0z chicken breast
– 6 0z white potato
– 1 small red bell pepper
– ½ medium yellow onion
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ¼ tbsp dried basil
– ¼ tbsp dried oregano
– Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add salt and the bay leaf.
2. Add the chicken breast and cook until fully cooked, then remove and shred the chicken.

3. In the same pot, add diced white potatoes and cook until tender.
4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté diced red bell pepper and yellow onion until softened.
5. Add the shredded chicken, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the pan and stir to combine.

6. Add the cooked potatoes to the pan and mix well.
7. Serve the chicken potato noodles hot and enjoy!
