Chicken, Pepper And Corn Stir Fry

Ingredients
– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 4 tbsp water

– ¼ cup corn
– ¼ tbsp ground cumin
– 1 tbsp lime juice

5. Pour in water and season with salt, black pepper, and ground cumin.

7. Drizzle lime juice over the stir fry and toss to combine.
8. Serve garnished with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro.
