Chicken and veggie

Ingredients
– 3 0z baby potatoes
– ¼ red onion
– 2 0z green beans
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– ⅛ tbsp garlic powder
– ⅛ tbsp paprika
– ⅛ tbsp black pepper
– ⅛ tbsp salt
– 3 0z chicken breast
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– ⅛ tbsp garlic powder
– ⅛ tbsp paprika
– ⅛ tbsp black pepper
– ⅛ tbsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. In a bowl, mix baby potatoes, red onion, green beans, 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, ⅛ tbsp each of garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
3. Spread the veggie mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
4. In another bowl, mix chicken breast, 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, ⅛ tbsp each of garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

5. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
6. Serve the roasted veggies with the cooked chicken breast.
