Chicken and rice with mushrooms

Ingredients
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– 1 clove garlic
– ¼ cup onion
– ¼ cup red bell pepper
– 1 0z mushrooms
– ½ tbsp marjoram
– Salt and black pepper
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 3 0z shredded chicken breast, boiled
– ¾ cup brown rice, cooked
– ¼ cup peas
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, and red bell pepper until softened.

2. Add mushrooms and marjoram and cook until mushrooms are tender.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Add in shredded chicken breast and cooked brown rice, stirring to combine.

5. Mix in peas and cook until heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
