Chicken And Rice Stir fry
Chicken and rice stir fry is a convenient and delicious meal that can be easily whipped up in a short amount of time. Ingredients
– Salt
– ¼ cup brown rice
v4 0z chicken breast
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and Black Pepper
– ¼ medium yellow onion
– ¼ medium red bell pepper
– ¼ medium yellow bell pepper
– 2 mushrooms
– 1 medium tomato
– ¼ cup tomato sauce
– Salt & Black Pepper
– ¼ tbsp oregano
– 3 Basil leaves
– ¼ cup brown rice, cooked
Instructions:
1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then dice into small pieces.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomato. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet, along with the tomato sauce, oregano, basil leaves, and cooked brown rice. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
