Chicken And Broccoli Recipe 2

Ingredients
– 3 0z broccoli
– Salt
– 1.5 0z whole wheat penne pasta
– 1 garlic
– 5 grape tomatoes
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 3 0z ground chicken
– Salt and Black pepper
– ½ tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Start by boiling a pot of water and add a pinch of salt to it. Cook the whole wheat penne pasta according to package instructions.

2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add ground chicken to the pan and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli until tender.
5. Slice the grape tomatoes in half and add them to the pan with the chicken, cooking until they are slightly softened.

6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined.
7. Serve the chicken and broccoli pasta topped with grated parmesan cheese.
