Chicken And Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
– ⅛ tbsp salt
– 1 0z whole wheat rotini pasta
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– ¼ cup red onion
– ¼ cup yellow pepper
– ½ cup broccoli
– 1 tbsp water
– ⅛ tbsp salt
– ⅛ tbsp ground black pepper
– ⅛ tbsp dried oregano
– ⅛ tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp parsley
– ½ cup chicken breast (boiled)
– 3 cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add red onion and yellow pepper, cooking until softened.
3. Add broccoli and water to the skillet, cooking until broccoli is tender.

4. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley.
5. Add in the boiled chicken breast and cherry tomatoes, stirring until heated through.

6. Finally, add in the cooked pasta, mixing until everything is well combined.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
