Chicken And Avocado grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
– 1 tbsp pesto
– 3 slices cheddar cheese

– 2 slices of bread

Instructions:

2. Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each slice of bread, on top of the pesto.
3. Layer the grilled chicken breast and avocado slices on one of the slices of bread.

4. Top with the remaining slice of cheddar cheese and place the other slice of bread on top, pesto side down.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

6. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.
7. Remove from heat, slice in half, and enjoy!
