Broccoli Rice Pizza Crust Recipe 2

Ingredients
– 15 0z broccoli florets
– ¼ tbsp italian seasoning
– Salt and black pepper
– 1 egg
– ⅓ cup grated low fat mozzarella
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 4 0z lean beef
– ¼ medium red onion
– ¼ tbsp garlic powder
– ¼ tbsp italian seasoning
– 1 tbsp parsley
– 2 0z tomato sauce
– 3 slices small tomato
– 5 yellow grated tomatoes
– ½ 0z grated low fat mozzarella
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and chop into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix the broccoli, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, egg, and 1/3 cup of grated low fat mozzarella.

4. Press the broccoli mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust, then bake for 15 minutes.
5. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the lean beef, red onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parsley until the beef is browned.

6. Spread the tomato sauce over the baked broccoli crust, then top with the beef mixture, tomato slices, and grated yellow tomatoes.
7. Sprinkle 1/2 oz of grated low fat mozzarella over the top, then bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Slice and serve hot.
