Ingredients

–  15 0z Broccoli Florets

–  ¼ tbsp italian seasoning

–  Salt and Black Pepper

–  1 Egg

–  ⅓ cup Grated low Fat mozzarella

–  1 tbsp olive oil

–  4 0z lean beef

–  ¼ medium red onion

–  ¼ tbsp garlic powder

–  ¼ tbsp italian seasoning

–  Salt and black pepper

–  1 tbsp parsley

–  2 0z tomato sauce

–  3 slices small tomato

–  5 yellow grape tomatoes

–  ½ 0z grated low fat mozzarella

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

2. In a food processor, pulse the broccoli florets until they resemble rice. 

3. Microwave the broccoli rice for 5 minutes, then place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

4. In a bowl, mix the broccoli rice with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, egg, and grated low-fat mozzarella. 

5. Spread the mixture onto a pizza pan lined with parchment paper and press it down evenly to form a crust. 

6. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes or until it becomes firm and lightly golden.

7. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook lean beef, red onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley until the beef is cooked through. 

8. Spread tomato sauce on the baked crust, top with the cooked beef mixture, sliced tomatoes, and yellow grape tomatoes. 

9. Sprinkle grated low-fat mozzarella on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
