Ingredients
– ⅓ cup rolled oats
– 1 0z almond
– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
– ½ tbsp baking powder
– 2 egg whites
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– 2 tbsp honey
– ¼ cup blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
2. In a food processor, pulse rolled oats and almonds until finely ground.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats and almonds with vanilla whey protein and baking powder.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, and honey.
5. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
6. Gently fold in blueberries.

7. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Allow the donuts to cool before removing from the pan.
