Beef And Broccoli recipe
Beef and broccoli is a delicious and nutritious dish that provides a great source of protein, vitamins, and minerals. Ingredients
– 1 tbsp lime juice
– 1 garlic
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp chicken broth
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 4 0z lean beef
– 4 0z broccoli florets
– Salt and black pepper
– ½ cup chickpeas
– Sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, and olive oil. Set aside.
2. Cut lean beef into thin strips and season with salt and black pepper.

3. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and chickpeas. Cook for about 5 minutes, until broccoli is slightly tender.

5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over everything. Stir well to combine and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve the beef and broccoli over cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds.
