Ingredients

–  1 cup oat bran

–  ½ tbsp baking powder

–  1 scoop protein powder

–  ½ tbsp ground cinnamon

–  1 medium banana

–  ¼ cup apple sauce

–  2 tbsp greek yoghurt

–  ½ tbsp vanilla extract

–  1 egg white

Instructions:

1.  Preheat the oven at 350°F and line a muffin pan with liners.

2. In a bowl, mix oat bran, baking powder, protein powder, and ground cinnamon.

3. In another bowl, mash the banana and mix it with apple sauce, greek yoghurt, vanilla extract, and egg white.

4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

5. Pour the batter into the muffin liners and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
