Ingredients

–  2 cups oat flour

–  1 0z walnut halves

–  ½ cup protein powder

–  ½ cup coconut flour

–  1 tbsp ground cinnamon

–  1 medium banana

–  2 tbsp almond butter

–  2 tbsp milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, chopped walnuts, protein powder, coconut flour, and ground cinnamon.

3. In a separate bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add almond butter and milk, and mix until well combined.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

5. Press the dough into the prepared baking sheet, ensuring it is evenly spread out.

7. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
